With over 15 years of construction experience, priMe haBitat president Mike Banner brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to each and every project. Mike has a passion and vision for design and building that started in his youth and continues to this day,

The custom built-in teak bench Mike sits on here is an example of that passion.
“It needed to “FEEL” just right, so we profiled the seat and angled the backrest at 7 degrees and had our clients test it to ensure the perfect fit. After all, this bench/patio was the homeowners’ desire for over 10 years and they deserved to have their dream realized”
Mike truly enjoys being hands on, but is now even more proud of his achievements when heading up a great team. Our Highpointe Showhome (see ‘Custom Homes’) is testament to what priMe haBitat delivers. His extensive experience also includes owning/operating tourism operations, giving Mike not only the ability to manage large-scale projects effectively, but also understanding of the importance and need for great customer service
